Tropical Avocados, a collective of growers based in the Dominican Republic, set out to introduce their unique variety of avocados to a broader U.S. audience. Unlike the smaller, well-known Hass avocado, Tropical Avocados are larger in size with a smooth skin and distinct flavor—offering a new experience for avocado lovers and curious consumers alike.

To support their goals in U.S. market expansion, the organization needed a branding and supporting marketing assets—beginning with visual identity and extending through to marketing campaign concepts and collateral. Their goals: position Tropical Avocados as fun, refreshingly different, and unmistakably tropical. Creative focused on capturing the vibrancy of the Caribbean, emphasizing both the fruit’s Dominican origins and its novelty to American buyers.

From retail sell sheets to social-ready content, a cohesive brand experience was crafted and designed to educate buyers, entice consumers, and carve out space for a bold new avocado in the produce department.
